Truly excellent.! Not only was the arrangement my aunt received during her hospital stay stunning, the customer service was exemplary. After I place my order, I realized that my phone autocorrected my aunt's name to something wrong. After leaving a voicemail to request correcting it, I got a text confirming that it would be taken care of. Then, when the flowers were delivered, I got another text confirming the delivery with clear photos of the arrangement and the card (with the correct spelling). This was a great customer experience, especially given that I was ordering from Washington state and wasn't familiar with Charleston Flower Bar before now.
